Data Controller: Gainline Impact | Contact: [email protected]
Gainline Impact is a high-performance and culture advisory business. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Gainline Impact is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this diagnostic.
When you complete this diagnostic, we may collect: your email address (required), your role/title (required), your name (optional), your organisation name (optional), your answers to the 30 diagnostic questions, and any free-text comments you submit.
We do not collect special category data, and we do not use cookies or advertising trackers.
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given by ticking the box on the previous screen. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected].
We use your data to send you your personalised results report, to store responses in our secure internal system, and to contact you (where consented) to discuss your results. Anonymised and aggregated responses may also be used to produce industry insights and benchmarking reports — no individual or organisation will ever be identifiable. We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your responses are stored in Google Sheets and your results email is sent via Google’s MailApp. The tool is hosted on Netlify. Both act as data processors on our behalf. Data transfers to the US are covered by the UK-US data bridge and standard contractual clauses.
We retain your diagnostic responses for 12 months from the date of completion, after which they are permanently deleted from all systems including our Google Sheets database.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month at no charge. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
